Intricate 3 dimensional interpretation of a department store in Italy. Prints of the image are finely cut with a scalpel, mounted onto stiff backing card and layered together using foam board to (invisibly) separate the layers until the maximum three dimensional effect is achieved. At first sight this was a pretty flat looking image - until you look into all the details - then gradually it builds up and up! 81X59X7cms. Encased in a Perspex box. Click on images to enlarge.
